Important Information About Producer PathwayT:

Associate’s Agreement – Effective September 15, 2007, the Associate's Agreement (Form Number A90082B) in the Producer Pathway system will no longer require a witness signature or a PIN to complete the agreement.

Direct Deposit Form – If this form is completed in Producer Pathway, you must scan and attach a voided check to the contracting packet to allow Agents’ Accounting to process the request.

How to Upload a Scanned Document:

To insert external documents into the packet, such as license copies or voided checks, first, electronically scan the external document you wish to include in the packet and then save it to your system in a JPEG, GIF, or PDF file format that uses 512 GB or less.

To upload a file into the packet, click the Browse button to locate the file on your system. Then, click the Upload File button. When you are finished, you will see the external file included in the Document List as part of the activation packet.
